My wife Shelly and I have resided in Chino Hills for over 25 years. We have, like many of you, watched this city grow rapidly during the 80’s and 90’s. One of the benefits of this, of course, is we don’t have to drive to neighboring cities to find a good restaurant anymore. We raised two boys in this community. Active as a family in youth sports, they are both college graduates and successful in their own careers. I come from a large family, most of whom live in SoCal. I am a graduate of Bishop Amat High School, have a B.S. Degree in Biology from Cal Poly, Pomona and a Pharmacy Degree from the University of Wyoming. I enjoy fishing, cooking, travel, all sports, wine tasting and family get-togethers. Retired after 29 years as a Pharmacist in the local community, I bring the same high level of ethics and honesty in my transition to real estate. I believe communication skills, taking the time to listen to your needs and acting on them, customer service and attention to details are essential for a successful sales transaction, whether you are the buyer or seller.
